Notes:

Bergamot and lavender open it cleanly, with a faint citrus lift that settles quickly. The heart moves into geranium and carnation over a base of oakmoss, vetiver, and sandalwood. Oakmoss is the backbone here. It gives the fragrance that dry, almost forest-floor quality that modern reformulations tend to sand away, and on Jacomo de Jacomo it reads as genuine rather than nostalgic.

Suggested Use

Best in cooler months, when the oakmoss and vetiver base reads as warmth rather than heaviness. It doesn't need much. Two sprays to the chest under a shirt will carry it steadily through the day, and the drydown on fabric often outlasts what's left on skin.
